How do I know I my order has been received? TOP
Once your order has been received, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail at the address you provided when ordering. How do I make changes to an order I placed? TOP
If you need to make changes to an existing order, it must be done immediately. Please call or e-mail us as soon as possible. As long as your order has not been personalized yet, we will do our best to accomodate the changes you request. How long does it take to recieve my order? TOP
It depends on what was ordered. Some items that require personalization take longer than items that are in stock. Please inquire. How do I place an order? TOP
The easiest way to place an order is online. Just click the "order" button, and input the required information and you will be redirected to your shopping cart. Phone orders are also welcome. What payment methods do you accept? TOP
We accept paypal, credit cards, cash, money orders and cheques. We use paypal for credit card payments. Orders will not be processed until payment is received. Is my personal banking information safe on your site? TOP
We use Paypal for on-line payment of credit cards. It is simple to use and is instant and secure. Paypal uses a secure socket-layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your personal information during the ordering process, ensuring that it cannot be read in transit. What is your return policy? TOP
Anything that has been personalized cannot be returned, as it is custom made for you. Anything that does not have personalization can be returned within 14 days from receipt of your purchase. How do I contact you? TOP
